The titled "Sakura" is known as the "Somei Yoshino Sakura", the one of the Cherry blossom tree which has created by the professional gardeners who lived in Somei village of Edo (current is Tokyo) in the early 19th century.

Somei-Yoshino Sakura is famous for the elegantly style of fully blooms than the previous species, soon become branched to be planted in entire Japan.

The descendants of that Somei Yoshino is the current Sakuras which you may seen in all over the world now.

Therefore... Every world's Sakura trees blooms in the same time since they are clones of the 19th century original single Sakura tree.
