The title "Kanasimiyo Konnichiwa" means...

・Kanasimi: かなしみ, sadness, loneliness

・Yo: to, for, of,

・Konnichiwa: こんにちは, Hello

So..."Hello to (my) loneliness"... It does not make sense in English translation, but...

What the lyrics is saying...
